August Camps
Yoga Child offers week long summer camps for parents and children to enjoy together or for kids and teens to enjoy on their own. Family camps are offered to parents with children ages 2-5 and 4-8. Kids and Teen camps are offered to ages 3-6, 7-11, and 12 & up.
Kid’s Yoga Campers can enjoy our award winning Yoga Child format, which blends asana, yoga games, breath work, and meditations into an inspiring and replenishing thematic yoga class. Through yoga, we’ll explore developmentally appropriate themes ranging from fanciful and playful with our youngest campers to more introspective themes for older campers. Nutritious snacks, yoga based art projects and yoga journaling are all a part of the yoga fun.
Monday through Thursday during select weeks. Sign up for one or two weeks. Cost includes mat rental for the week, healthy snacks and craft projects.
Kids and Teen Camps

Family Camp offers a replenishing opportunity for parents and children to enjoy playful and interactive yoga that will leave both parent and child feeling renewed. We will partake in yoga adventures, which blend asana, yoga games, magical meditations, stories, and songs from our award winning CD, A Peaceful Place Inside. Opportunities for outdoor yoga, yoga treasure hunts and inspiring yoga based art projects await you.
Cost of Family camp includes yoga for one adult and one child, mat rental for both and craft projects. Additional adults and siblings are welcome to join you at a 50% discount. Due to this being a shorter class, we will not plan to break for snack during the family camps. Please plan a head and have a light snack before camp.
