      Drop n' Dine Pajama Time Yoga, in conjunction with Supper, Ages 3-7

Give yourself a night off and give your little ones an evening of quiet yoga games, storytime yoga and bean bag savasana. Be sure to dress your little yogis and yoginis in their favorite pajamas because when you return for your little one, he or she will be ready for a peaceful night of yoga induced sleep. The first 8 paretns to register their child will receive 15% off of their dinner bill at the award winning Supper Restaurant, located just across the street. When you make your yoga reservation, just specify if you wil be dining at Supper and let us know the number in your party. We will reserve your table for you.

   Yoga Food n' Fun, Ages 3-5

The joy of yoga meets the joy of healthy eating. It is no secret that most parents would like their children to eat healthier and enjoy a wide variety of healthy snacks. Through yoga we will introduce little yogis and yoginis to some basic nutritional concepts and how they relate to movement and function of the body. After we have stretched, played and relaxed each child will have the opportunity to create and design their own nutritional snack and to enjoy eating it alongside their yoga friends. CPR certified staff on site.

   Storytime Yoga, 6 months - 5 years


During these 40 minutes, your little ones will enjoy yoga and movement brought to them through playful and inspiring stories, picture books and our award winning CD, A Peaceful Place inside. Receive a 10% discount when you sign up for 5 or more days. This program is offered only during days of the year when Elena and Andre's music class is not in session. If you like this class and would like to see it on the schedule as a regular weekly class, please let us know.
