Storytime Yoga
This is our Yoga Child yoga class for the littlest yogis and Yoginis of Philadelphia to take along with their caregiver. All of the wonderful details can be found below. ages 6 months through 5 years are welcome.
Family Yoga - A parent child yoga class that begins at Age 2. If your little one is not yet 2 then we suggest Storytime yoga.

Storytime Yoga, 6 months - 5 years
During these 40 minutes, your little ones will enjoy yoga and movement brought to them through playful and inspiring stories, picture books and our award winning CD, A Peaceful Place inside. This program is currently offered only during days of the year when Elena and Andre's music class is not in session. Beginning in September 2009 we plan to offer this as a weekly class on Wednesday mornings.

Beginning in September we look forward to adding Storytime Yoga to our weekly schedule. Please know that it will take place on Wednesday mornings once a week and will require pre registration for the session. The time is not yet set, but it will likely continue to take place at 10:45am.
Family yoga, Age 2-5
Family Yoga classes are designed with the intention of allowing not just your child to benefit, but for you to feel good too. Taught in an interactive and fanciful format, these classes will have a handful of yoga games, songs, asana stories and magical meditations. Every class ends with a snuggly savasana with soft blankets and colorful eye pillows. This class requires pre registration for the 6-week session.
Making up a Missed Class
One make up class is available to you each session if there is space in another age appropriate class. Please note that make ups must be done during the 6 week session for which you originally registered. Make ups can not be extended into subsequent sessions under any circumstances. If there is no other age appropriate class available, we invite you to drop into an adult class. You must come to the adult class during the 6 week session for which your child is registered. Please call ahead to schedule make ups.
New Way to Pay - Get More flexibility with the family 12 pass
You can still purchase classes by the session if that works for you.
Or you can now purchase a Family 12 Pass for $220. This provides you and your family with 12 classes to be used over a three month time period. These classes can be applied toward kids classes, family classes and adult yoga classes. You can view our adult offerings with this link, adult yoga classes. When you purchase a family pass be sure to reserve the days that you would like to attend kids classes. Please know that this pass is not extendable beyond the three months, but with so much for the whole family here at yoga child, we know that you will have no problem using up your classes.
