Body Rolling and Yoga with Heather Marie Miller,

Release muscle pain and experience a liberated yoga practice

Saturday, April 12, 1-4pm, $50 Postponed, New date TBA

Body rolling, created by Yamuna Zake, allows the practitioner to relieve him or herself of muscle pain and tension, and enjoy self massage through the systemic use of specially designed therapeutic balls. Through specific routines you will learn where the muscle begins and ends so that through the use of body and foot balls tension can be released from the muscles point of origin, all the way to its point of insertion. Along the way the surrounding soft tissue receives a deep massage preparing your entire body to receive your yoga practice in a new and brighter light. This combined workshop of body rolling and yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to access the origins of deeply set muscle pain, release the pain, stimulate blood flow and to experience a comprehensive yoga  practice in your newly liberated body.
